Description: Gluten-containing protein in barley, rye, wheat and oat is characterized by the impairment of digestion and absorption. This training has a theoretical part and a kitchen workshop and is especially useful for people suffering from celiac disease and other proteins present in these foods. The course will also teach how to structure the right gluten-free diet model to prevent food-insufficiency that may occur. We will strengthen this knowledge in kitchen workshop.
Certification: A “Certificate of Participation” will be issued following completion.
