Course: Certificate Programme in Cooking &Culinary Arts

Description:  The course aims to introduce participants to the fundamental skills of cooking and making a number of delicious yet simple dishes in order to create a portfolio of recipes they can use on a weekly basis. Under the careful supervision of our chef, participants will expand their exposure to the diversity of food types and flavors by cooking with a variety of meats, vegetables, pulses and grains. The course will pay special attention to a range of techniques, such as boiling, poaching, frying, roasting and steaming.

Certification: A “Certificate of Participation” will be issued following completion.
