Important Information

Application Process

  1. Please note that pre-registration serves as an expression of interest only. You will be contacted by NELLC staff about the course details once we have a required minimum of 10 participants.
  2. Upon receiving your confirmation email, you can pay the course fee specified in our communication at any branch of the Near East Bank by transferring using our account number 16-304-0000013137 payable to “YABEM EgitimlerHesabı”.

  4. NEU students can also register by visiting our office on campus and filling out a form. The course will appear on your transcript after completion of the programme. Please note that although non-credit classes appear on the official University transcript, no credit or a grade is given. These classes do not affect a student's GPA

Rules and Regulations

  1. Once a student is officially enrolled and committed to attend our programme, he/she must attend at least 70% of sessions. Participants who failed to attend adequate number of courses will be charged full tuition and will not receive Certificates at the end of the programme.
  2. All successful participants will receive a certificate upon completion of our programmes without academic credit component.
  3. All information provided in official Near East Lifelong Learning Center (NELLC) Web site is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a legal contract between NELLC and any person or entity unless otherwise specified.
  4. Information on official NELLC website is subject to change without prior notice. Although every reasonable effort is made to present current and accurate information, NELLC makes no guarantees of any kind.
  5. The NELLC shall be entitled if it reasonably considers it to be necessary (including in order to manage its resources and pursue its policy of continuous improvement appropriately):To alter the timetable, location, number of classes and method of delivery of programmes of study, provided such alterations are reasonable.
    To make reasonable variations to the content and syllabus of programmes of study (including in relation to placements).
    To suspend or discontinue programmes of study (for example, because a key member of staff is unwell or leaves the University).
    Not to provide programmes of study or to combine them with others if NELLC reasonably considers this to be necessary (for example, because too few students apply to join the programme for it to be viable).
